Drawn early to understanding how things worked, Len Wood paired his electronics background with hands-on experience in the engine room under the mentorship of his uncle, Leonard Wood. His technical curiosity and mechanical instincts became an essential part of the team’s competitive foundation. After years of getting his hands dirty in the engine room, Len moved into team management, where he now works closely with his siblings on daily operations, long-term planning and maintaining the standards of innovation and craftsmanship that have defined Wood Brothers Racing for generations
