The youngest of Glenn and Bernece Wood’s children, Kim Wood Hall grew up immersed in the business side of racing. She learned the financial and operational fundamentals of the team from her mother, Bernece, eventually taking on bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities at a young age. Today, Kim serves as the team’s chief financial officer and office manager, overseeing the organization’s financial systems and administrative functions. Her steady leadership ensures the team’s legacy is supported by a strong and disciplined foundation.
