Jon Wood began working in the shop at age 12, gaining firsthand experience in every facet of Wood Brothers Racing before embarking on a driving career that included multiple wins in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and two full seasons in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series. He later advanced to the NASCAR Cup Series, sharing part-time driving duties under the Wood Brothers Racing banner. After stepping out of the driver’s seat, Jon transitioned into a leadership role within the family business. As president of the company, he oversees licensing, merchandising, enterprise operations and strategic planning, helping position the organization for the future while preserving the values and heritage that have defined Wood Brothers Racing for generations.
